We are prepared to work with you! Podcasters and Media Personalities alike (Voice Actors, etc..) ! Are you looking for a studio space to record ? We are offering you our video/audio services as well! Equipment List: WA-251 Large Diaphragm Tube Condenser Mic WA-2A opto/tube compressor WA-1073 Pre amp UAD Interface Mic locker : Rode Podmic SM57 Dynamic Mic x2 Sennheiser E845 Dynamic Mic Plugin List By Manufacture: Waves Antares Auto Tune Pro Sound Toys Izotope Mastering Suite Pultech EQ & Compressor Suite from Softube Avid Bundle Daw's Available : Pro Tools Ultimate Logic Fl Studio (Complete) *Session Agreement Must be signed before session can begin, That will be emailed before your session and should be turned in before your session begins* Sessions are available to book for Individual clients only, Maximum 3 people are allowed on the premises to accompany you at every session. Studio Etiquette: 1. We ask that you clean up during and after your session and maintain equipment in it's original state 2. Smoke free zone, There is a designated area outside for smoking. Zero Tolerance! 3. Remain courteous and respectful with staff, This facility is a creative space! Let's keep a positive environment 4. Maximum of 4 people allowed in per session (Artist x2 plus x2 GUESTS) Payments: -Artists/producers booking Recording/Producing time must pay for their individual time slot, any additional artists/producers will be charged 40 dollars per hr and must book separately(1 hour minimum) -All bookings are final, meaning we are owed monies regardless if you show up or not. No refunds under any circumstance, all sales final. REFUND POLICY: No Refunds
