Who Can Enter

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Must have a valid name, U.S Address, & email address. Void where prohibited by law.

No Purchase Required

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A free method of entry is available to everyone and is treated equally as a valid entry.

Purchasing my music is completely optional and not required to participate. However, valid purchase receipts may be submitted for bonus entries, which can increase your chances of winning by entering your name multiple times into the randomized draw.

All entries — paid or free — will be fairly included in the winner selection.

How to Enter

You may enter the giveaway by one of the following methods:

  • Free Entry: You must Show up to our Live Event on twitch (handle @cherryhillrecords) and Submit your Name & Email to our Entry & Winner Notification Form prior to entry deadline.

  • Bonus Entries (Optional): Support my music by purchasing it on our STORE page, and upload proof of purchase. Each valid purchase equals one (1) additional entry.

Limit: One (1) free entry per person. Multiple bonus entries are accepted with valid, non-duplicated receipts.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a signed Russ vinyl record. This vinyl was purchased directly from Russ’s official store and is hand-signed. There is no cash alternative or substitution. Prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within the U.S. only.

Shipping Details

The prize (one signed Russ vinyl) will be shipped at no cost to the confirmed winner via standard U.S. postal delivery.

  • U.S. shipping only — we do not offer international delivery for this giveaway.

  • Winner will be required to provide a valid U.S. mailing address upon confirmation.

  • Prize will be shipped within 7–10 business days after the winner confirms their information.

  • CherryHill Records LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the item has been shipped.

Giveaway Timeline

  • Entry Deadline: July 31st, 2025 at 7:00 PM MST

  • Winner Announcement: August 1st, 2025 at 8pm MST

  • Claim Window: Winner must respond within 48 hours of announcement to claim the prize. If not, another winner will be selected.

Winner Selection & Verification

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using a digital randomization tool(Wheel Of Names). Bonus entries increase your odds by adding more entries to the draw, but all methods of entry are treated fairly.

To qualify, participants must have:

  • Submitted their entry through the official form before the deadline, and

  • Been present during the live stream on Twitch (@cherryhillrecords) at the time of winner selection.

Before the prize is officially awarded. CherryHill Records LLC reserves the right to verify the identity, eligibility, and submission validity of the selected winner.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ensuring the name and email match the original entry

  • Confirming the winner has not used multiple email addresses or fake accounts to manipulate entries

  • Denying prize delivery if fraud, spam, or automated entries are suspected

  • Confirming the entrant was present during the livestream at the time of drawing

  • Verifying that any bonus entry receipts are authentic, non-duplicated, and clearly show the product name, purchase date, total amount, and transaction ID (Squarespace receipts for digital and physical goods meet this requirement)

  • Confirming that the entrant has not used multiple email addresses, identities, or burner accounts to manipulate entries

  • Limiting free entry submissions to one per IP address; additional entries may be disqualified unless supported by valid bonus entry proof

  • Disqualifying any entries suspected to be generated through bots, scripts, or artificial means

  • Denying prize delivery if fraud, spam behavior, or violation of these terms is identified

If the selected winner fails verification or does not respond within 48 hours, or was not present during the livestream, a new winner will be selected.

Use of Personal Information

Your email and contact info will only be used to:

  • Pick a winner using Digital Randomization (Wheel Of Names)

  • Notify you if you win

  • Mailing Address info will be needed for shipping (U.S Only)

  • Send occasional updates about music, future giveaways, or related content from CherryHill Records LLC

We respect your privacy and will not sell, share, or misuse your information. You may unsubscribe at any time.
