Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method selected at checkout:

- U.S. orders: Usually arrive within 5–10 business days after fulfillment.

- International orders: May take 10–20 business days depending on customs and postal services.

Where is my order shipping from?

Our merch is fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partners and may ship from U.S.-based or international facilities, depending on your location and product availability.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us at Cherryhillrecordsmgm@gmail.com.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please double-check your sizing and address before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll evaluate and make it right at our discretion.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If needed, email us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we may be able to update the address. Contact us ASAP at Cherryhillrecordsmgm@gmail.com with your order number and correct address.

Q1: What rights do I get when I purchase a song?
A: You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen to the purchased music for personal use only, on up to 5 personal devices. You do not gain ownership or any rights to reproduce, redistribute, or publicly perform the music.

Q2: Can I share, resell, or upload the music file?
A: No. Sharing, reselling, uploading, remixing, broadcasting, or using the music in any commercial or public content without prior written permission from CherryHill Records LLC is strictly prohibited.

Q3: How many times can I download my purchase?
A: You will receive a secure download link valid for 24 hours after the first download. The link can only be used once, so please ensure your device is ready before downloading.

Q4: Can I use the music in videos, streams, or social media posts?
A: No. Using the music in videos, live streams, social media, podcasts, or any public/commercial content requires a separate license or written permission.

Q5: What devices can I use the music on?
A: You may listen on up to 5 personal devices, such as smartphones, computers, or tablets. Use beyond this limit is prohibited.

Q6: Can I create remixes, samples, or derivative works?
A: No. Modifying, remixing, sampling, or creating derivative works without prior written authorization is not allowed.

Q7: Is it okay to use the music with AI tools or mint as an NFT?
A: No. Using the music in AI training, AI-generated content, or minting it as NFTs is expressly forbidden without explicit permission.

Q8: Who owns the copyright and master rights?
A: CherryHill Records LLC retains all ownership, copyright, and master rights. Purchasing a license does not transfer any ownership rights.

Q9: What law governs this license agreement?
A: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

Q10: What if I have issues with downloading or accessing my purchase?
A: Contact CherryHill Records LLC support immediately at [cherryhillrecordsmgm@gmail.com]. Your download link is valid for 24 hours and can only be used once.
